Music can greatly enhance the meditation experience. When practicing Sahaja Meditation, many people prefer traditional Indian music (Raga), with its deep connection to meditation.

When you meditate, try playing some of the links below softly in the background. Also, we recommend many alternatives, including traditional Indian songs with modern instruments and arrangements, Classical or New Age music.
