Getting ready

Relax. It's easy.

It is good to establish a routine, especially when learning.

Many find that it's best to meditate first thing in the morning and again just before bedtime. But when is a good time for you? Now? During lunch? Afternoon break? Set aside 10-20 minutes, twice a day, to practice. Think about it, this small investment every day, will pay huge dividends throughout every aspect of your life.

Just as you need to meditate when best fits your schedule, it is important to find the right place to meditate. Look for a pleasant, well lit, open environment. You will need relative quiet, or at least no disruptive noises. A comfortable place to sit is also necessary, a straight back chair, the corner of a bed or the floor are all perfectly acceptable.

If it's your first time, we recommend you read the instructions all the way through before you start. You can meditate along to a podcast or simply use one to refresh your memory. Then take a deep breath and give it a try.

It really is just that easy.
