Now is as good a time as any.

Sahaja Meditation is easy to learn and can be practiced almost anywhere, but there are some basic guidelines that will make the experience even easier and more enjoyable.

After you have gained some experience you may find that you can benefit from meditating as little as 10-15 minutes at a time.
